Ben Ibata, the Founder & CEO of SCHWARM Technologies, has over 25 years of experience in the energy business. Prior to founding SCHWARM, Ben founded Llawson Management & Business Consulting and led over 100 major projects for notable companies such as E.ON, SWM, E WIE EINFACH, Vodafone, and BT, among others.

With a master's degree in economics from the Université d'Orléans and Montpellier, Ben possesses a deep understanding of the industry's landscape and has consistently delivered results for clients.

Before and while beginning a successful career in business, Ben was a professional volleyball player in Germany and France, demonstrating a drive and commitment that still influences his leadership style today.

As a technology expert in the energy industry, Stefan Jägers, the CTO and founder of SCHWARM Technologies Inc., has been at the forefront of cutting-edge software development in the field of distributed data systems.

With a proven track record in creating state-of-the-art solutions such as virtual power plants, a track and trace system for DHL, and process control software for E.ON, Stefan has earned a reputation as an innovator in this field. Stefan is also an accomplished electrical engineer, having studied at RWTH Aachen, and holds several patents, including several in the United States.

In his free time Stefan is an avid skipper who is participating in international regattas.
